This detailed little painting is of a male great-tit. A very striking bird with lots of contrast so easy to spot in the garden. This one I have
painted in watercolours, by layering a mixture of bold and subtle washes then adding
lots of fine strokes so this painting is quite detailed.
Painted on smooth, acid free heavy watercolour paper.
Measurements: approx. 8 x 11 cm plus a few cm spare for framing purposes.
